Purpose: This paper discusses the issues of employee’s empowerment, their training needs, suggestions and other issues related to it. Total quality management (TQM) is a management technique adopted by the most manufacturing organizations. TQM in general is viewed as organization set up which will help to manufacture products at lowest cost by the following various management techniques through continuous improvement.
